Welcome to Dramio. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dramio website and your purchase of products from our online garden nursery store. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

3. Products & Descriptions

We sell garden and nursery products including flower seeds, vegetable seeds, grain & field crop seeds, live plants & saplings, organic manure, and related gardening supplies.

  • Product images are representative. Live plants vary naturally in size, shape, leaf count, and colour.
  • Seeds and plants are agricultural products. Growth outcomes depend on external conditions.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST where relevant.
  • Product availability is subject to stock, seasonal supply, and growing cycles.

4. Account & Eligibility

  • You must create an account with a valid email address and complete email verification to place orders.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension.

5. Orders & Payment

  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification or COD acceptance at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or delivery serviceability issues.
  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
  • Free delivery on orders above ₹499. COD orders may include a handling charge displayed at checkout.

6. Agricultural Product Disclaimer

Important: Seeds, saplings, and live plants are living agricultural products. Germination rates, growth, flowering, fruiting, and yield are influenced by soil quality, water, temperature, sunlight, altitude, sowing technique, and ongoing care practices. Dramio provides quality-tested products but cannot guarantee agricultural outcomes after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photography, page layouts, and the Dramio brand identity — is the intellectual property of Dramio Private Limited and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Place fraudulent or deceptive orders
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website without permission

This includes but is not limited to crop failure, plant death after delivery, or germination issues. 11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
